Our company is specialized in long term lease property management, giving the owners safety, time savings and uninterrupted days.
We take care of everything—from the first contact with the tenant, to coordinating repairs and tracking monthly payments, all the way to regular property visits with a detailed monthly report.
We also offer dedicated care for vacant properties. We conduct regular inspections, check the condition of the property, coordinate any necessary repairs, and provide reports so the owner knows the asset is safe and well-maintained, even when it’s not in use.

Local municipalities may apply an additional surtax on this amount, so the final obligation varies slightly between cities.
What is the cost of notarizing a lease agreement?
The cost of notarizing a lease agreement depends on the type of certification (standard signature verification or solemnization).
Standard signature verification typically costs around 10–30 EUR per agreement, depending on the number of certified copies.
A solemnized agreement (certified with an enforcement clause) ensures the lease is an enforceable document. The cost depends on the contract’s value and duration—typically 50–80 EUR for contracts up to 5,000 EUR; for higher values it may be around 150 EUR or more.
The cost of solemnization is usually covered by the landlord.
Can I book just one service or only a selection of them?
Yes. The additional services listed in the price list can be booked individually and as needed, without requiring a monthly package.
What does “care of vacant properties” mean?
If the property is not rented out, we organize regular visits, check installations and meters, monitor for any potential damage, handle communication with the insurance company if needed, and keep the owner informed about the property’s condition. This ensures the property remains secure until a reliable tenant is found.
Can you manage a vacant property?
Yes, we offer oversight and care for vacant properties as part of the “Solo” package.
What if the tenant doesn’t pay the rent or utilities?
Within the “Pro” package, we track payments and remind tenants, while providing the owner with timely information and recommendations for next steps.
How often is the property inspected?
In the “Starter” and “Pro” packages, one inspection per month is included, while the “Solo” package includes two inspections per month. We’re available when you need us most, and the inspection frequency can be adjusted based on the owner’s needs.
How and how often are property reports delivered?
Once a month, we send a detailed report by email, including an overview of all completed activities, as well as any photos and recommendations.
